Recruiter – Manufacturing (Hourly & Salaried)
Location: Remote near our sites in Gainesville, TX or Lubbock, TX
Dura-Line is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our People Team to support hiring across our U.S. and Canada operations. We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for both hourly plant and salaried roles across multiple locations, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, Plant Leadership, and People Business Partners to attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, HR/People Business Partners, Shared Services, and leadership, requiring strong communication, stakeholder influence, and project management skills to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake), referrals, networking, and hiring events
- Support hiring for high-volume hourly roles and salaried positions across multiple plant locations
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance within the ATS
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and time-to-fill while holding hiring teams accountable through clear communication, market insights, and aligned hiring expectations
- Support employer branding through job fairs, community outreach, and talent pipeline development
- Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent and proactive build a candidate pipeline
- Ensure consistent process execution and compliance with U.S. and Canada employment regulations
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, in-house, staffing, or high-volume environments. LEAN manufacturing knowledge or experience is a plus
- Experience supporting plant start-ups, facility expansions, or large-scale hiring ramp-ups preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS certification is a plus
- Proven experience recruiting remotely for hourly plant and/or salaried roles
- Strong sourcing capability across job boards, social platforms, and networking channels
- Experience using ATS systems (SuccessFactors or Teamtailor preferred) & job boards
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams), including creating reporting for tracking and presentations
- Working knowledge of U.S. and Canada employment laws and regulations

Additional Details
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Travel: Up to ~10–15% for plant visits and hiring events (as needed)

The compensation for this position will typically range from $77,000 - $142,600 annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
