Dura-Line is seeking a Reel Builder to join our growing  Gainesville, TX team!

Job Duties: The Reel Builder is the entry level position in our Offline department. As a Reel Builder, you will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities. Mainly responsible for making the reel in a even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.

Hours:       Night Shift: 7:45 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. 

 

Schedule: One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours

  •          Total of 84 hours for a pay period
  •          Every Other Weekend Off
  •          Work 15 days a month

 

PAY : Starting Pay for this entry level position is $ 18.00

  •  $ 3.00 Shift Differential for Night Shift
  •  Paid Bi Weekly ( 84 hours ) 
  •  8 of the 84 hours is scheduled overtime
