We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager Americas Business Excellence - Pricing BOE&S B&I to join us at Amanco Wavin, México . If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

POSITION MAIN PURPOSE:

The Pricing Manager, is a Sr. individual contributor, focussing on the further expansion and strengthening of Pricing strategies and processes across both the Americas Region.

The Pricing Manager together with Business Support in the BU’s will shape the Pricing strategy with inputs from all parts of the business, defining methodologies for List-prices, pricing corridors, Customer segment pricing and targets as well as helping design and implement governance and training programmes in our Commercial organization.

The role will be instrumental on the further standardization and harmonization on the processes, organisation, and tooling of Pricing in the individual countries, and the growth in maturity to the desired level.

Due to the strong analytical and digital focus of the program, the Pricing Manager will be continuously driving the required IT solution with its suppliers (PriceFx/Analytics - PowerBI/SAP), the involved external consultants and the internal IT teams, to continuously improve our Pricing effectiveness and efficiency.

In addition, the Pricing Manager will be fully supportive to the execution of the Business strategy of the Business Units, closing the cycle from value creation to value capture via the required pricing strategies and governance.

Stakeholders are as such on multiple levels in the organisations; Country commercial organizations, Commercial Excellence director, Marketing teams, MSIS Product management, Global/regional sales teams, VP Finance and the Business Support functions.  The role will be actively working with a group of Pricing leads and analysts in the countries (in continuous development).
