Global Customer Operations Specialist
The role involves providing top customer service, managing export logistic logistical processes, handling orders from the quotation stage to actual shipment.
What will your day look like at Netafim?
Direct management of activities with the company's global customers.
Addressing all customer needs and inquiries.
Handling sales and export documents from the quotation stage to shipment execution.
Managing the shipping process with internal and external partners.
Gathering data, analyzing reports, and collaborating with various internal and external interfaces.
Requirements:
Experience in export logistics and account management - Mandatory.
Experience working with global customers - Mandatory.
Proficiency in Outlook, Office, Excel - Mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or another academic field - Advantage.
Familiarity with SAP system - Advantage.
High customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
Experience handling multiple interfaces and meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to details.
High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
