Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Global IT Solution Architect for the Record to Report (RTR) domain, combining solution architecture, project management, support leadership, and governance responsibilities.
Lead and deliver IT demands, change requests, and projects of varying complexity, ensuring successful business outcomes.
Partner with senior business stakeholders and the Global IT Solution Lead to drive the idea management and demand intake process.
Translate business strategy and transformation initiatives into a sustainable RTR roadmap.
Identify opportunities for process harmonization, system optimization, and continuous improvement across regions.
Gather, validate, and document functional requirements for system enhancements and process changes.
Manage and prioritize project and support activities in collaboration with the Global IT Solution Lead.
Coordinate and oversee outsourced support services, including SAP support teams in India and SAP VIM support teams in South Africa.
Lead and collaborate with external consultants and service providers in offshore, nearshore, and onsite delivery models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with application vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and value creation.
Support business transformation initiatives and Shared Service Center programs through technology and process innovation.
Act as the technical and functional point of contact for the RTR domain across EMEA and Indonesia.
Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, key users, SMEs, and global process owners.
Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across all Wavin regions and countries.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and relevant innovations within Finance and SAP ecosystems.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a consultant, solution architect, or functional lead within the Record to Report domain.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong experience with SAP Finance solutions, including SAP VIM and e-Invoicing implementations.
Proven track record of delivering international transformation and business integration projects.
Experience working in Shared Service Center environments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial and commercial business processes in a global manufacturing environment.
Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across business and IT teams.
Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
