About the Role
As a ServiceNow Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and user experiences across the organization. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, resolve complex platform issues, develop automation solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ServiceNow ecosystem.
This role combines platform support, development, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
✅ Troubleshoot and provide functional and technical solutions across ServiceNow modules
✅ Develop enhancements, workflows, catalog items, and platform configurations
✅ Support integrations and automation initiatives
✅ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions
✅ Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders globally
✅ Monitor platform performance and ensure platform stability
✅ Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
✅ Support testing and user acceptance activities
✅ Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and capabilities
What We're Looking For
✔ 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
✔ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
✔ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required
✔ Experience with:
ITSM
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Service Catalog / Catalog Management
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Virtual Agent
Now Assist
✔ Experience with:
JavaScript
Glide API
REST/SOAP integrations
Workflow automation
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✔ Fluent English communication skills
✔ Ability to collaborate with global teams and occasionally overlap with India business hours
Nice to Have
⭐ CIS Certifications (ITSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD)
⭐ Experience with ITOM and HRSD modules
