We want to build a team of people with purpose. That’s why Orbia B&I (Wavin) is currently looking for a Product Manager, Digital Services to join our team in the Netherlands.

Our Digital Services team is building the Wavin iConnect platform to deliver on our purpose, using the latest technologies. We are crafting a range of superior solutions that will empower installers and deliver on our customer promises of comfort, sustainability, and energy efficiency, so that we can make an impact every day.

About the Role

As the Product Manager Digital Services, you will be the driving force behind our innovative smart indoor solutions, helping us bridge the gap between traditional controls and the next generation of connected building systems.

You'll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of software solutions. By working closely with cross-functional teams in product management, engineering, business development and marketing you will bring your product visions to life.

What You'll Do

• Be the Product Manager Digital for Wavin’s connected heating and cooling solutions.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Conduct market research, analyze user needs, and translate those insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
• Shape the Digital Future of our Smart Indoor Solutions: For Sentio and new offerings, you will define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Orbia B&I’s business goals.Lead with Passion and Purpose: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, guiding the development team towards delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation across software, firmware, and application engineers.
• Drive Success: Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the IoT and smart home space.

What You'll Bring

• Experience managing senior stakeholders and building consensus across diverse groups.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a focus on smart home products and services (HVAC products a plus).
• Technical proficiency, familiar with agile methodologies, cloud-based technologies, IoT protocols, and software development processes.
