1. MAIN PURPOSE The Junior Internal Auditor supports the Internal Audit team by assisting in the execution of financial and operational audits. This entry-level role helps strengthen internal controls while building foundational audit skills, serving as a talent pipeline for future Auditor positions.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in executing financial, operational, and commercial internal audits.
• Participate in risk identification, process mapping, and internal control assessments.
• Conduct data analysis and documentation reviews to detect inconsistencies or inefficiencies.
• Document audit findings and collaborate in drafting audit reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to audit teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop technical knowledge in tools such as SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with various business areas and multicultural teams.
• Support special projects related to process improvement and compliance.
• Engage in internal and external training to accelerate learning.
• Maintain a proactive, ethical, and collaborative attitude in all activities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LANGUAGE, & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Academic Level: recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Language(s) and level of proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English (minimum B2).
• Knowledge/Experience:
  • Intermediate to advanced excel.
  • Desirable: SAP, PowerBI
• Physical requirements for the position such as mobility, vision, strength, etc. (applicable in line with local laws): Willingness to travel (up to 25%); no other physical restrictions apply.
