Orbia is hiring for a Global Talent Projects Manager to be based in Mexico/Poland working on a Hybrid basis.
Main Purpose
The Global Talent Projects Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Orbia Talent strategy being responsible for design and delivery of impactful talent and capability development projects. This role will also lead the creation and delivery of talent programs’ materials, project management and communication, as well as manage Orbia´s global LMS, and coordinate accurate reporting of learning metrics.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to translating business and talent priorities into targeted talent and capability development initiatives.
- Design and deliver scalable global Talent initiatives, including talent pool and successor development programs and tools, initiatives on critical roles and key employees, FFM-related and other capability development programs.
- Project management, including project planning and monitoring, communication with multiple stakeholders, external vendor management.
- Project-manage the design and execution of global leadership development programs for emerging and mid-level leaders providing seamless program participants experience.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact.
- Monitor and analyze participant engagement, completion rates, and impact metrics across global Talent and leadership development programs.
- Provide insights and dashboards to People and Business teams to track Talent processes and initiatives progress and impact.
- Manage relationships with global talent development vendors and content providers.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with strategic Talent and Development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration would be advantageous.
Knowledge/ Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Talent management/Organizational development, with global or regional scope.
- Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Talent modules) as key users or business owner.
- Fluent in English; Spanish speaking would be advantageous.
