We are currently looking for a SOX Compliance Manager to join us at Mexico City. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The role:

 

The objective of SOX Manager is to be responsible for leading SOX control testing, tracking testing progress, documenting business processes, identifying risks, and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.

 

You will be sucessfiull if you have:

 

  • Over 8 years of experience gained in multinational firms offering audit, tax, and consulting services worldwide in Financial Audit, SOX Compliance and Internal Audit.

 

  • Advanced English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is a plus.

 

  • Academic qualification: business economics / Finance & Accounting or anything similar.

 

  • Experienced in evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls.

 

  • Ability to translate internal controls into business language and clear policies/ways of working.

 

  • Strategic thinking, detail-oriented, able to handle large amounts of data, results-driven, self-motivated, strong communication skills at different levels.
