Sales Representative - Colombia, Venezuela & Caribbean
CONOCIMIENTOS / EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDOS
Educación mínima:Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o Química.Deseable:Posgrado, especialización técnica o MBA.
Experiencia:Profesional de nivel intermedio (mid-career), con un mínimo de 5 a 10 años de experiencia en ventas.
Idiomas requeridos:Inglés: Nivel intermedio-alto.Español: Dominio fluido.
Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:
Sólidos conocimientos y experiencia en ventas, gestión de cuentas clave (Key Account Management) o marketing, preferiblemente en ventas técnicas o de polímeros.
Experiencia en la industria de resinas plasticas y/o mercados de PVC será considerada una ventaja importante.
Sólido dominio de Microsoft Excel, Power BI u otras herramientas similares para realizar análisis comerciales y de ventas, incluyendo modelos financieros de rentabilidad.
Excelentes habilidades de organización, resolución de problemas y gestión de proyectos.Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relacionamiento interpersonal.
Enfoque en el cliente y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo.
