General Purpose
Manage the individual sales program and assigned monthly collections in order to contribute to achieving the Regional objectives in accordance with the guidelines of the Regional Commercial Management.
Responsibilities:

Advise our clients to ensure they specify and consume PAVCO products.

Analyze the competition to identify business opportunities and seek differentiating strategies to generate preference for the PAVCO brand.

Seek new clients to increase PAVCO brand results.
-
Execute and control the collection and portfolio turnover of assigned clients to contribute to the overall regional results.

Manage relationships with trade associations and public service companies to promote our portfolio solutions and products.

Promote the sales of Commercialized, Innovative, and Strategic products associated with the typology of assigned clients.

Ensure compliance with defined standards and procedures, among others, for risk and impact control, as part of fulfilling the activities inherent to the assigned role, taking responsibility for the care of your own integrity, that of your colleagues, equipment, facilities, and the environment.

Report promptly any hazards-risks and latent aspects-impacts identified in your work or in the Company’s facilities.

Participate proactively in all activities defined within the Management Systems implemented to achieve the objectives set by the Company.

Know and comply with the guidelines established by Orbia in the code of ethics, corporate values and principles, human rights policy, and internal work regulations framed within our organizational culture.

Actively participate in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the integrated management systems in force in the company, defined for this position (inspections, observations, training, emergencies, active participation in audits, monitoring management, and loss control performance) to contribute to the well-being of all employees and drive continuous improvement of organizational processes.
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in sales in the industrial/construction sector.
-
Professional degree in engineering (preferably sanitary engineering).

Knowledge of BIM and Salesforce.
Specific Technical Knowledge
-
Management of the product portfolio.
-
Knowledge of the construction and/or infrastructure sector.

Integrated management systems as per induction and training plan for the position
Skills and Competencies

Ability to build relationships with the environment.

Ability to perform under pressure.

Negotiation techniques.
