Fluor & Energy Materials an Orbia business is hiring for a Production Execution Supervisor to be based at our St. Gabriel, LA. in the United States.
Job Summary/ Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to production goals. The Production Execution Supervisor leads and develops a team of Shift Leaders and Process Technicians, managing an organization of 28 hourly employees (4 Shift Leaders and 24 Production Technicians).
Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor teams for high performance, resolving conflicts and driving employee development.
- Performance Management: Provide timely and constructive feedback to Shift Leaders.
- Communication of Goals: Ensure daily production targets and plant objectives are clearly communicated to all shifts.
- Operational Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of plant operations to assist in troubleshooting and optimize processes.
- Workforce Planning: Assess headcount needs, manage training requirements, and lead technician hiring efforts.
- Training Alignment: Collaborate with the Training Coordinator and shift leaders to ensure training programs are effectively implemented. Monitor the delivery and outcomes of training to address gaps, overcome barriers, and ensure employees are prepared to meet operational expectations.
- Training Strategy and Prioritization: Oversee the broader approach to training across the facility, prioritizing initiatives to build bench strength and align with operational goals. Maintain the integrity of training processes to ensure readiness, operational sustainability, and the ability to meet both current and future demands.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge/ Experience Required
- Education: PTech degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in high-hazard plant environments, with specific experience in HF operations preferred. Direct supervisory experience is a plus.
- Language: Proficient in English.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb stairs, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods (in compliance with local laws).

“The compensation for this position will typically range from $121,000 – 151,000/yr (or post the hourly starting rate). The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, paid company holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time, parental leave, short- and long-term disability leave, and an employee assistance program.
