PAY: Starting at $18.00

With a 6 month pay progression as follows:

Start at $18.00

6 months $1.00 increase $19.00

1 year .50 cent increase $ 19.50

18 months .50 cent increase $20.00

2 year $1.00 increase $21.00

Sign on Bonus

$300 after 30 days

$ 500 after 60 days

$ 700 after 90 days

TOTALING $ 1,500 After 90 Days !!!!

Dura-Line is seeking an Extrusion Downstream Operator to join our growing SPARKS, NV team!

Job Duties: The Downstream Operator is an entry level position in our Extrusion department. As a Downstream Operator, you will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities. Mainly responsible for making sure the final product is being wrapped around the reel in a even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.

Hours: 

• Days: 7:00am – 7:30pm  
• Nights: 7:00pm-7:30am
• $ 3.00 Shift Differential for Night Shift

Schedule: 

• One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
• Total of 84 hours for a pay period
•  Every Other Weekend Off
• Work 15 days a month

PAY : 

• Starting Pay for this entry level position is $ 18.00
• $ 3.00 Shift Differential for Night Shift
• Paid Bi Weekly ( 84 hours ) 
• 8 of the 84 hours is scheduled overtime
