We are currently looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join us at Sao Paulo, Brazil. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The role:

The objective of Senior Cyber Security Specialist is to be responsible for supporting the secure execution of business initiatives, projects, and operations across Orbia’s business groups, with a focus on risk identification, control validation, audit readiness, remediation activities and security service adoption.

Main responsabililties:

Conduct Secure IT reviews of applications and provide security input for new deployments or system changes.
Support third-party risk management efforts by coordinating security assessments, engaging with internal stakeholders and vendors, and contributing to risk analysis and mitigation planning in alignment with the TPRM framework.
Lead and coordinate remediation of pen testing findings and support vulnerability exception tracking and governance.
Coordinate audit and assurance activities, including control documentation and evidence preparation.

You will be sucessfiull if you have:

5-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or assurance roles within mid-to-large organizations.

Hands-on experience conducting project security reviews, risk assessments, or supporting application security assessments. (SLDC, Threat Modeling, CI/CD)

Exposure to Secure IT or cloud solution security evaluation: Azure , GCP (el de google) AWS.

Nice to have cyber certifications: CISSP, CISA, CompTIA, etc.

English speaking and writing on a professional level. It's a must

Academic qualification: Bachelor degree. Desirable: Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering or Business preferred, .

Strategic thinking, detail-oriented, able to handle large amounts of data, results-driven, self-motivated, strong communication skills at different levels.
