Alphagary, an Orbia business, is looking for an Operations Administrator to be based at our Melton Mowbray Site in Leicestershire!
Job Summary/ Purpose
Providing administrative support to all Operational functions. Tasks will include data inputting, scanning, filing, and answering the phone, email correspondence, updating systems and spreadsheets. Candidate will also attend meetings, taking notes and action points to distribute to the relevant parties
Main Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks on SAP related to procurement and material transacting
- Stock control and Stock checking tasks
- Tasks to support planning functions
- Excel, Powerpoint and Word tasks to create and update documents
- Note-taking in business meetings
- Updating and logging all operational training records on the learning management system
Minimum Qualifications
- Academic Level: English and Maths proficiency
- Language(s) and level of proficiency: Fluent in English
Knowledge/ Experience Required
- Basic Excel and Work essential
- Basic Powerpoint useful
- SAP or S4/Hana experience useful
- Time management and prioritization
- Communication skills
- Prior experience working in a similar role is useful
- Ability to work with general direction, minimal supervision.
