1. MAIN PURPOSE (Briefly state the job's overall objective)
This role is crucial for aligning our sales strategies with operational capabilities. They’ll be the glue that ensures our sales and operations teams work together effectively, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Briefly describe the most important aspects of the job; no more than 10)
- Provide support to the Planning Manager in activities and reports related to Sales & Operation Planning.
- Execute the S&OP balancing in coordination with the Customer Service, Commercial & Operations Departments.
- Execute the reports related to Sales & Operating Planning.
- Support the cross-functional meetings to align sales and operations objectives.
- Coordinate with the customer service teams to gather current sales views and rollup.
- Analyze sales forecasts and operational capacity to identify potential bottlenecks or opportunities.
- Aid in working capital / inventory management data and visuals.
3. COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB (i.e. The occupant manages vendors from different geographical regions with various financial and legal conditions and the level and impact of decisions the occupant needs to make, manages revenue, CAPEX, Sales, etc.)

7. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LANGUAGE, & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (To perform satisfactorily in this job what type of knowledge and experience is required?)
- Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or related field
- Language(s) and level of proficiency: English ; Spanish (desirable)
- Knowledge/Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the industry, with topics related to S&OP.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using sales and operations planning software.
