HF Sales Manager
F&EM, an Orbia business, is looking for a HF Sales Manager to be based at Matamoros , Tamaulipas !
Purpose
To lead and direct the global commercial activity for Hydrofluoric Acid to maximise gross margin and cash in line with business strategy. To direct Matamoros production team efforts to meet and exceed customer expectation as well as industry top class safety requirement for Hazardous Materials.
Main Responsibilities
Delivery of Global Commercial Strategy
- Delivery of the commercial global strategy, goals and targets defined by the M&CI LT
- Develop business growth options and gain support from M&CI LT and other internal stakeholders.
- Regular interaction and participation with the M&CI LT meetings
- Represent M&CI on the appropriate regulatory and safety committees requiring commercial leadership
Delivery of turnover and gross margin
- Achieve or exceed the annual agreed budget for the region
- Produce financial figures to report threats, opportunities and compliance to Budget
- Run management processes to drive and maintain performance and address any gaps against the plan
- Manage customer portfolio (S&OP, AP, customer satisfaction, contracts, etc.).
Leadership & Management
- Establish commercial processes collaborating with other functions such as:
- Finance, Operation, Logistics, Customer Service & Quality
Promote and Support G&T initiatives through the commercialization of new products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with 10 years experience in the industry, 5 years managing customers negotiation
- English and Spanish

- Commercial business experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong tenacity and ability to work under pressure
