Project Manager Europe

To expand our PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM we are looking for a talented, creative, metrics-driven, and hands-on PROJECT MANAGER EUROPE to lead highly visible projects across of Dura-Line in Europe while aligning process and project improvement initiatives with the business objectives.

Reporting to THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICER based in the USA you will provide guidance to the cross-functional team while designing and implement standardized templates and best practices.


  • THE ROLE: You will be able to manage European project portfolios and establish KPIs and attainable timelines, and assist in all aspects of the project from the original concept through the final implementation. You will play a key role in ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, and stakeholder alignment.
  • You will need to bring your subject matter expertise in modeling and promoting mature project management methodology, chartering international teams, developing processes & procedures, analyzing risk and proposing solutions, and ensuring to stay on budget and on schedule.
  • We are looking for a pragmatic & independent thinker who is passionate and has strong listening, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of CAPEX requirements and project initiation or framework for various departments.
  • Your role will be facilitating Project Team Meetings, establishing communication mechanisms, and present project and business cases for approval to project stakeholders and company management.


  • PROFILE: To hit the ground running, you must be able to develop and communicate clearly on business measures (KPIs) & process metrics, decomposition of project scope, change management & defining steps to implement change, team and project charters, business cases creation & approval flow, and financial & budget metrics (ROIC, cost savings, cost performance, etc).
  • It is imperative that you use project management discipline and prioritization techniques to support long-lasting systematic process improvement and track Project Business Artifact Characteristics.
  • You will be responsible for gathering, integrating, and disseminating outputs of project management, and aligned communication and directives for all the involved stakeholders.
  • In this value-added role to the organization, you will play an active role in delivering strategic business initiatives and establishing project success criteria according to business-driven metrics & customer satisfaction.
  • As a leader you will be guiding diverse teams, influencing them to take positive action, holding set expectations, and accountability for their assigned work.


    • University degree in preferably in Project Management area or equivalent;
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience leading complex business projects & process improvement internationally;
    • Excellent Project Management skills;
    • Proven experience in using a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Excellent Project Management skills;
    • A PMP and/or process improvement and lean manufacturing experience - would be a huge plus;
    • Experience in designing dashboards and reports for progress metrics - DesignOps or DevelopmentOps experience will be a huge plus to help Operationalize Workflow;
    • Proven ability in understanding the total business analysis knowledge areas that are required for an end-to-end requirement process as your role will be to define project scope, lifecycle, and deliverables that support the company’s metrics;
    • Teamwork approach, collaboration skills, and ability to empower the team to participate and engage will help support initiative progress, impact, and system maturity and improve competencies, facilitate interactions, and create an effective project management environment;
    • A customer-centric approach, and strong organizational & people managing skills;
    • Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with a range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
