Procurement Service Delivery Specialist 

 

Fluor & Energy Materiales,  an Orbia business, is hiring for a Procurement Service Delivery Specialist  to be based at our Site in Madison, WI

 

Job Summary/ Purpose 

 To deliver the procurement and service delivery requirements for the Silatronix operations, providing a value-adding, effective and efficient service to internal stakeholders as well as vendors and customers.

    To ensure cost effective procurement of raw materials, goods, spares and services whilst complying with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.   

 

Main Responsibilities 

 

  • To procure all raw materials, goods, spares and services to meet the growing business needs.
  • Deliver business objectives whilst minimising costs and maximising value for every $ spent by the business.
  • Work in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, contractual standards and commercial relationships.  Ensure end user requirements are delivered and supplier relationships are maintained.
  • Maintain files to enable the monitoring and reporting of KPIs relative to both procurement and service delivery monthly.
  • Integrate with the Mexichem Fluor Inc team at St Gabriel to provide efficient and effective cover and assistance to them as/when required (and vice versa).

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor´s degree

  • Strong SAP knowledge

  • Strong quickbooks experience

Knowledge/ Experience Required 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent organisational skills
  • Able to demonstrate an appetite for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of terms and conditions, transport documentation, import knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and software packages – the role uses Excel & SAP extensively.
