Our People Services Representatives play a significant role supporting the employee lifecycle by elevating the employee experience through seamless transactions that include pre-boarding, onboarding, and the exit process.​​

 

What can you expect in a Downstream Operator role at Dura-Line?

  • You will provide professional and timely communication to both external and internal People Services customers with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance, leveraging technology for service delivery.​
  • The ideal candidate will have data maintenance experience working with a high volume of sensitive data. The successful candidate will be diligent and intentional and take pride in delivering a top-notch experience for all customers.​

What does Dura-Line need from you?

  • Your commitment to being a reliable and punctual team player.
  • Must be a team player with great customer orientation, as well as an ability to work within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS systems (Dayforce HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience as a generalist, onboarding specialist, data entry, or administrative capacity in a process-driven manufacturing company.
