Role purpose
Early-career role supporting Orbia’s Data & AI strategy. You’ll help build scalable data pipelines, analytical models, and AI solutions on our enterprise platforms, working closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric
• Design and support analytical data models for reporting, dashboards, and AI use cases
• Develop Python scripts for data ingestion, transformation, automation, and analysis
• Support AI/ML solutions (incl. RAG use cases) and assist in model deployment
• Create and maintain Power BI datasets and reports
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into data/AI solutions
• Ensure data quality, testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices
• Follow data governance, security, and compliance standards

What we’re looking for

• 0–3 years’ experience (or recent graduate) in Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field
• Hands-on with Python and modern data stack (Azure, Databricks, Fabric preferred)
• Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and ML concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn fast in a global setup
