Strategic Roadmap & Portfolio Leadership

• Define value proposition, positioning, growth targets, and market priorities

• Own and optimize the global product portfolio and service offerings

• Set pricing strategy and segment communication plans

• Achieve defined sales and margin targets across territories

Global Leadership & Alignment

• Lead and coordinate Local Product Managers worldwide

• Ensure harmonized ways of working, performance alignment, and best practice sharing

• Support commercial leaders with strategic planning and value-added sales solutions

Innovation & New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Initiate and lead innovation projects aligned with segment needs

• Translate country-specific requirements into cohesive global offerings

• Build robust business cases for development and investment decisions

• Coordinate and oversee global product launches

Market Intelligence & Growth

• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging trends

• Identify risks and opportunities within the segment

• Convert customer insights into actionable product and business opportunities

Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence

• Support key account and strategic sales initiatives

• Ensure high-quality training and digital enablement resources

• Partner with Finance on P&L analysis and profitability optimization

Standards, Certification & Industry Influence

• Define and ensure compliance with applicable global standards

• Drive participation in standardization bodies (e.g., WECS)

• Secure required certifications and manage IP considerations
