We are currently looking for a Sales Representative in Ontario Canada to join us at BOW-WAVIN - an Orbia business. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.


Main purpose


Building, developing, and managing clients’ portfolios located in Ontario, Canada (GTA). Maintaining strong relationship existing clients through providing exceptional service and identify new business opportunities. Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.


Main responsibilities:


•    Conduct daily visits to plumbing distributors and promote and enhance relationships. 
•    Deliver technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our plumbing construction products
•    Identify new business opportunities and implement action plans to increase sales in plumbing materials
•    Work closely with the Canadian sales team and more particularly with the Senior Ontario Sales Representative to achieve objectives in the plumbing construction material sector.
•    Maintain a deep understanding of the plumbing material industry and market trends to better meet customer needs
•    Work with Sales team to develop customer campaigns and promotions
•    Conduct daily visits to plumbing distributors and to promote our products and enhance relationships with partners
•    Measures, evaluate and reports on customers activities.


Our requirements:


•    3-5 years proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with plumbings distributors,contractors and customers.
•    Pro-active, positive and collaborative approach
•    Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multitask
•    Strong self-motivation and goal oriented mindset,with the ability to work both independatly and collaboratively in a fast pace environment.
•    Available to travel within his territory 80% of the time
•    Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on clients feedback and evolving market
•    Ontario Grade 13 diploma or above
