We want to build a team of champions. That’s why Wavin is currently looking for a Manager Region EMEA / APAC People Communications to join our team at Wain Poland. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

 

The role

  • Develop and roll out regional and local comms plans and projects/activities/materials – based on the People Roadmap and strategic business priorities
  • Responsible for activation global comms campaigns in the regions
  • Monitor and report on communications effectiveness, reach and engagement in the region - and utilize insights for improving the communication journey
  • Support global communication initiatives
  • Manage regional People comms network
  • Leverage local People comms best practices for regional/global use
  • Curate the best stories from the regions

 

 

Required skills:

 

  • Excellent Polish and English speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent digital skills,  proficiency in Office 365
  • Strong creative skills in writing, ppt, video editing.
  • Experience gained in internal communication in international business environment, in developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies (plans, messaging, presentations)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority, build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different functions and ability to interface with all levels of management
