We are currently looking for a Quality Specialist to join us at Wavin Poland - Buk. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the high quality of construction products manufactured by the local production plant
• Supervising the effectiveness of the quality control program for manufactured construction products
• Actively participating in external audits related to construction product certifications
• Implementing, developing, and supervising the system for monitoring quality plans and records as part of the MES Production System
• Coordinating complaints and issuing opinions on claimed products
• Overseeing quality-related activities using fundamental Quality Management methods (8D, CAPA, Ishikawa, 5Why)
• Preparing and leading interdepartmental pro-quality meetings
• Developing and implementing documentation related to the ongoing activities of the Quality Departmen

Our Requirements

• Higher education (technical degree preferred)
• General knowledge of plastic products
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with quality management methods and tools, as well as experience working with ISO family systems
• Knowledge and understanding of laboratory procedures (preferred)
• Practical experience in conducting audits and working with audit results
• English proficiency at a communicative level (minimum B1)
• Practical skills in using MS Excel
• Ability to work in diverse teams
