We are looking for the Candidates for the position:
Central Procurement Specialist
Workplace: Poznań, Pastelowa 2
Key responsibilities:
- PO approver role
- Supporting category managers and strategic buyers in daily operations
- Providing ideas and leading procurement processes optimization
- Adjusting internal processes to global procedures
- Creating instructions and processes flows, set up internal work instructions
- VIM invoice check and approval
- Processing requests in MDG
- Material master data:
- Maintenance of info record base
- Coordinating new material creation process
- Maintenance of source list
- Vendor master data:
- maintenance of vendor accounts
- maintaining a supplier contract data base in Coupa
- Creating reports
- Close cooperation with SSC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Economy, preferably in logistics;
- Experience in a similar function;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Knowledge of SAP and MDG will be a great asset;
- Knowledge of PowerBi highly welcome;
- Excellent organization, problem solving and attention to details skills;
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
