We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join us at Buk/Poland . If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Your responsibilities
- Coordinating the work of production employees in a dedicated area and setting work schedules
- Organization of information and operation meetings
- Analyzing and controlling selected production aspects/indicators
- Reporting production data and controlling the correctness of maintained documentation
- Providing substantive support to departmental employees when they encounter problems beyond their ability to solve them
- Participate in internal and external audits and makes changes based on audit observations
- Controlling compliance with health, safety and fire safety regulations in the selected department/area
- Participate in the preparation of the budget in terms of production equipment and employment of the department/area

Our requirements
- 3 years of experience in a position related to people management in the production area 
- Higher technical education  
- Knowledge of health, safety and fire protection.
- Knowledge in the field of Labor Law
- Ability to prepare materials and transfer knowledge to department/area employees 
- Ability to make decisions
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of English to a communicative degree 
- Knowledge of SAP system welcome
