We are currently looking for a Marketing Commercial Data Specialist with Swedish to join us at Wavin Shared Services in Poland. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing data to third party data pools from which customers obtain their data and maintain the quality of this over time.
- Providing customers with product data as required for their systems and specific uses.
- Responding to customer requirements and queries relating to commercial product data.
- Enhancing existing product data to fulfil the needs of merchants for website-ready content.
- Managing the product photo library and assets and ensure the content is linked to SAP data.
- Assistance where required in supporting creation of Wavin pricelists and literature.
- Assistance where required in supporting the creation of products in SAP.
- Using MDG to create and maintain the sales section data for products in SAP, including assortment paths.
- Providing financial and business support to the local team.
Requirements:
- University education with business or technical-related degree. E.g. Masters degree in Business Studies.
- Good knowledge of Swedish language (Danish language is a plus)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to use the following software - ERP, PIM, (& ideally also CRM & CMS).
- Understanding of the architecture in systems (PDM, SAP, PIM, CMS, DAM etc.)
- A keen eye for detail and agility in problem solving.
- Able to set own priorities, manage own time and comfortable in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working to clear processes and within clearly defined guidelines.
- Experience of collaborating with internal and external customers to create and maintain best in class product-data.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
