We are currently looking for a Junior Internal Auditor to join us at Poznan office  If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The role:

The Junior Internal Auditor position is for ambitious, talented, and motivated students, university graduates or young professionals who would like to explore the world of audit and join our international team of auditors. 

The Junior Internal Auditor is at the heart of the business, taking part in intercompany projects and meeting people from various departments of Orbia. They’ll have the chance to develop analytical skills, gain functional and industry insights, and experience our unique workplace culture around the world. 

Under direct supervision, you will assist internal auditors with: 

• Financial and operational business processes controls reviews 

• Risk and database analysis  

• Identification of business risks, understanding of business processes and internal controls 

• Performing risk assessment and testing procedures in line with the audit plan 

• Composing audit reports based on performed audit procedures 

• Presenting findings and recommendations in meetings with team members and auditees 

What we require from you: 

• Very good command of the English language 

• Master/Bachelor student (3-5th year) or recent graduates with background in Finance / Accounting / Econometrics 

• An analytical mindset, highly developed problem-solving skills and a need for constant development 

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal 

• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team 

• Good knowledge of MS Excel 

• Availability to work full-time and to travel abroad (approximately 25%) 

• Experience in External or Internal Audit – advantage
