We are looking for the Candidates for the position of:

 T&E Accountant
with English

Key responsibilities:

• Processing of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner;
• Administration, verification and posting travel expenses in Concur in accordance with internal procedures;
• Clearing of vendor employee accounts and GL accounts in SAP;
• Preparing and posting of batch files in SAP;
• Preparing accrual files and taking part in other Month End Closing activities;
• Contact with employees and local business organization;
• Knowledge of Concur system will be an asset

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of other language will be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Knowledge of ERP system will be an additional value;
• Ability to organize and prioritize work;
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
