Dura-Line is currently seeking a highly experienced & talented Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategies & team. If you thrive in a continuous improvement environment with an eye for process improvement this role is for you!

 

The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and support a geographically dispersed team of talent acquisitions professionals such as our HR Coordinator and a team of hourly & salaried recruiters. We are seeking a transformational leader with an innovative mindset and a passion for recruiting & mentorship, and the development of team members. In addition, you will be responsible for upholding recruitment operations, developing and delivering innovative strategies across all businesses, and implementing tools to support an increasingly competitive talent landscape.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in a corporate or RPO setting leading teams of full-time and contingent talent acquisition professionals while managing multiple hiring efforts. You will set high expectations for team performance and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience.

 

What are your responsibilities?

  • Leadership & People Development – You will lead a Talent Acquisition team to support the administrative, compliance, technology, and core processes as well as improvements for the overall team
  • Proactiveness & Planning -- You will maintain awareness of our current and anticipated staffing needs of the organization through a partnership with key stakeholders and functional teams to ensure the business has talent strategies that align to help achieve company goals.
  • Implementation & Process Improvement -- You will develop and execute the project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. You will design, implement, and administer policies, processes, and tools to support staffing activities, including sourcing, job posting, selection, and placement.
  • Project Leadership, Budgeting, and Function Sourcing
  • Third-Party Management – You will maintain & build professional relationships with our current and new vendors.
  • Metrics, Reporting, and Recruiting Tools
