Profile:

As the LATAM Lead, you will be responsble for Regional Operations and for hiring.

Lead the regions` recruiters, responsibility for E2E hiring process& activities.

Establish sourcing activities for the region, employer brand, academic relationship, refferal programs etc.

Adherence to local laws, trends& market best practices.

Oversee internal mobility opportunities in the region across BG.

Will serve as the key point of contact for a Business Group.

Will cascade and implment Orbia global policies and procedures and work close, supporting the Orbia TA head.

You will be responsble of your own positions hiring E2E.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8 years and above proven experience with demonstrated success in leading Talent acquisition field or HR business partner who has Talent acquisition proven experience 
• Experience within a multinational or geographically dispersed organization- must
• Industrial experience and knowledge-must
• Deep understanding and experience in full-cycle recruiting processes, talent acquisition best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies-must
• Management experience, managing international teams while fostering a positive work environment-must
• Internal solid understanding of business operations and the specific business group's objectives and industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements
• Excellent ability to build strong relationships and influence senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated
