The role

Based in Mexico City, we are hiring a Director Global BOE&S – Business Planning Excellence (f/m/d) to elevate how we plan, decide, and deliver across our global operations.

This is a high-impact, transformation role with global scope, requiring close collaboration across regions and leadership teams. You will initially lead a team of 6–8, with the expectation to grow the team as impact and scope expand.

What you’ll do

• Set the direction for our global Business Operations Excellence agenda (S&OP/IBP, portfolio & product data governance, and OTIF), translating priorities into measurable business results
• Establish a robust operating cadence: clarify ownership, data standards, decision rights, and escalation paths to enable faster, data-driven decisions
• Lead the end-to-end S&OP/IBP transformation, embedding best practices, building capability, and driving maturity improvements across regions
• Drive portfolio segmentation and complexity reduction, building strong business cases that improve service, cost, working capital, and operational stability
• Improve OTIF performance by addressing root causes and performance drivers
• Lead and develop a high-impact team, while influencing senior stakeholders across a global matrix organization

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years’ experience driving global operations or supply chain performance, ideally in S&OP/IBP and Operational Excellence roles
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable, measurable transformation results
• Strong governance mindset and systems thinking: able to design scalable, practical ways of working that teams adopt
• Experience linking portfolio and lifecycle decisions to planning and financial outcomes
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization, combined with strong executive communication skills
• Data-driven, KPI-focused mindset
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
• Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and global stakeholders
