Internal Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Internal Auditor to join our global audit team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing audit programs and conducting financial and operational audits across our business units in Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

You will report directly to international audit leaders, who will onboard you, guide you through our processes, and welcome you into our global audit community. Locally, in Poznań, a friendly and supportive team of auditors is waiting to collaborate with you every day.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and perform financial and operational audits in line with the internal audit plan

• Conduct interviews, data analysis and process reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls

• Identify audit findings and prepare clear, actionable recommendations for process owners

• Support management in preparing remediation plans and monitor their implementation

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives across EMEA and APAC regions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Internal Audit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting controls

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, with strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Very good command of English (C1 level)

• Willingness to travel internationally (EMEA & APAC)

Preferred qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA or equivalent

• Experience with SAP

• Background in manufacturing or operational audits

• Knowledge of business analytics / data analysis tools

• Additional language skills, especially Spanish
