We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AP Accountant with English to join our finance team.

AP Accountant with English

Workplace: Poznań, Pastelowa 2

As an AP Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing accounting and financial data with accuracy and efficiency
• Administering, verifying, and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures
• Preparing payment proposals
• Handling Vendor Master Data changes and performing phone confirmations for sensitive data
• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments (accounting, technical) via phone and email
• Working with SAP and MDG systems in a professional business environment.

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

• Fluency in English (required)
• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
