  • Strategic leader in partnership with the Business Unit, developing and driving the adoption of processes, tools, initiatives and commercial programs that increase sales productivity, growth and achievement of quarterly targets.​

  • Champion of the SAMBA program, accompanying cadence meetings, training the team and ensuring the implementation of the methodology.​

  • Participate and ensure the alignment between sales and marketing for the development of SAMBA sales tools and plans for capturing leads and MOO. KPI monitoring​

  • Specialist in the subject in the use of CRM Dynamics tools, monitoring performances and suggesting improvements after consultation with the team.​

  • Develop tools to build sales force knowledge and skills, Identifying skills gaps and help deliver relevant training and content: classroom training, field training tools, e-learning​

  • Participate in Business Excellence initiatives, in coordination with BU and local sales leadership to ensure the team is supporting key decision-making.  ​

  • Work with the Business Unit Director and the sales leadership team to design and deliver a Sales Force Effectiveness strategy and program that will build fundamental sales skills, resulting in improved business results and revenue.​

  • Configure sales team KPIs in alignment with Business Units Director, continuously monitor through dashboards and make recommendations for improvement.​

  • Sales Incentives. Design together with Business Units Director, sales leaders and People. ​

  • Work with sales, service, and support teams to monitor customer-related operational activities to ensure the region maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Leadership of the NPS/REX project in the Business Unit.​
