IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM)

The role is a dynamic and intricate position that plays a vital role in our organization’s success. The role of the Business Relationship Manager North America is to serve as the Americas Information Technology thought leader to ensure technology solutions / service requirements are clearly aligned to Orbia’s business strategy.
This role is a critical liaison between North America and Canada business teams and IT for defining and prioritizing initiatives to drive digital enablement and address local statutory and market demands with the company’s various business units throughout the Region. Also assists in conveying the Orbia technology vision and alignment to maximize the benefits of technology for our North America and Canada Businesses.
THIS POSITION IS A REMOTE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:

- Provides strong thought leadership and influence to prioritize technology investments in alignment with Orbia's business strategy and develop multi-year roadmaps
- Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.
- Be a trusted advisor for the regional business on technology matters and providing solutions working with the IT infrastructure, cyber, applications teams.
- Liaise with IT colleagues within the company to ensure consistent best practices are leveraged and maintained and act as an escalation point as needed for support issues.
- Cultivate, disseminate, and manage functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices
- Prepare, establish, and manage budgets.
- Lead IT change management activities in the region and be the point of contact for all collaboration and communication regarding the impact
- Continuously manage relationships regionally to bring out the best for business
Challenges & Opportunities:

- Manages full portfolio of IT investments, including capex oversight and vendor management which requires strong business acumen, negotiation and communication skills, listening and influencing skills
- Establish and effectively communicate system requirements expectations to regional internal customers and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Extensive experience with core software applications, including SAP ERP, SalesForce, CRM, EDI, SharePoint
- Direct, hands-on experience with AI, automated software and system management tools.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- This role is best undertaken by a senior level staff who has experience in working in front facing and support roles from both business and technology worlds and comes with strong business acumen, communication & collaboration skills
Skills and/or Experience Requirements:

- 5-7 years+ of experience with key IT solutions across infrastructure, plants, applications such as SAP, ERP, Salesforce, CRM, EDI, SharePoint
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, business analysis consulting, process engineering, or in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models

“The compensation for this position will typically range from $126,000 -$204,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
