Job Title: Data Integrity Coordinator

Reports To: Director of People CSC LATAM

Location: Mexico

MAIN PURPOSE:

To ensure the proper operation of integration activities for payroll processes (SSFF-HCM), data management, and project execution for the development of the Shared Services Center strategy for Mexico and Central America.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Integrity:

• Provide timely assistance to Orbia's internal clients regarding payroll services from the SSC
• Follow up on internal client requests regarding data management in the Orbia Pulse system (modifications, hires, CeCo changes, promotions, etc.)
• Ensure the integration in HCM of changes in SSFF for accurate payroll processing
• Prepare information on technical human resources data (hires, personnel databases, compensations, etc.)
• Provide support for the implementation of activities related to the updating of labor regulations in Mexico

Shared Services Center:

• Coordinate communication related to the transition of local payroll teams to the CSC way of working

Projects:

• Coordinate payroll activities related to the Summit and Phoenix projects. • Coordinate activities for the Time and Attendance project (vendor relations, information preparation, communication with business groups, etc.)

Wellness:

• Participate in established actions to promote a pleasant working environment. SANO Project and Norma 035

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Minimum: bachelor's degree
• Desirable: bachelor's degree in administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Humanities

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment, payroll, or ADP
• Experience in user support for problem resolution or addressing inquiries
• Experience in managing Human Resources software systems (Desirable: Success Factors and SAP HCM)
• Experience in projects related to Human Resources
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
