      MAIN PURPOSE

       Plan the commercial and marketing strategy, leading its implementation to achieve the results expected by shareholders according to the guidelines of the Group and the General Management.

.     COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB 

• - Achieve the objectives of Ebitda, Sales, Recaudo.
• - Respond to the Group for the results of the country and/or region.
• - Maintain brand differentiation and positioning
• - Maintain the company's leadership in the different markets

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• Analyze and approve the company's Strategic Plan to ensure alignment with the overall goals and vision.
• Verify the operation of processes within the company, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Establish and evaluate relevant objectives and goals of the organization, assigning sales budgets to regional teams to drive results.
• Define internal and external communication with stakeholders, ensuring smooth interaction across departments, and lead customer service strategies.
• Generate economic, financial, and social development of the company and community through innovation and sustainability.
• Carry out the management required to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems, actively participating in continuous improvement of integrated management systems.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements (safety, environment, labor), applying these across all areas of responsibility.
• Monitor security objectives and comply with corporate safety and environmental guidelines.
• Lead and actively participate in designated activities of the ISRS system in the company's plants according to corporate guidelines, ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
• Manage the company's pricing, ensuring profitability and introduce new products as part of the company’s portfolio strategy.
• Plan and control the marketing and expenditure budgets, maintaining brand positioning for sustainability in the short, medium, and long term.
• Define trade policy for domestic markets and exports, ensuring compliance with the sales budget and contributing to the company's EBITDA.
• Define technical area plans to ensure the market penetration and maintenance of products.
• Implement portfolio policies that ensure collection, turnover, and effective working capital management.
• Innovate in products that generate new sales and support overall business objectives.
• Generate sales forecasts for production planning, while controlling inventory levels to maximize working capital and ensure good service.
• Ensure compliance with the code of ethics, values, and business principles, promoting Orbia’s human rights policy and internal work regulations.
• Lead and actively participate in inspections, trainings, and audits, promoting the well-being of employees and contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational processes.
• Participate on behalf of the company in key industry institutions, building relationships and ensuring the company’s voice is heard.
