Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Plant Manager in Lean Manufacturing Environment

Role: Plant Manager - Gainesville, TX

Dura-Line (an Orbia Business) is at the forefront of delivering essential products and solutions to our national customers. To drive our commitment further, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our 24/7 production facility in Gainesville, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Plant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing production, leading the team to success, and ensuring the plant's efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing plant production and day-to-day operations, managing budgets, CAPEX, and reports.
• Leading continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Building and maintaining a cohesive work environment through effective team formation and management.
• Planning and making decisions aligned with the enterprise’s strategic intent.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a trailblazer with:

• Proven experience in managing major projects such as 5S initiatives and fostering a lean culture.
• Results-driven mindset and extensive experience in plant manufacturing systems, preferably in continuous or batch manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in managing manufacturing processes with a focus on Quality, Sustainability, and Safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in actively listening to employee suggestions and turning them into actionable plans.
