We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Indoor Climate Solutions (ICS). to join us at our location in Stockholm Region, Sweden. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The role

As the Business Development Manager for our Indoor Climate Solutionsr you become a part of building up new business within a multinational matrix organization. Your task is to build and grow profitable sales of our ICS business within project sale and by building recurrent business in the residential & commercial construction domain, by developing, advising, training and selling our value proposition towards our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for achieving profitable sales growth of the ICS business through execution of the market strategy. 
• You will become a trusted advisor and partner for your customers.
• You play a key role in executing the commercial plan and translating it into account development plans and commercial action at target customer segments.
• You are proactive and persistent, and seek new business opportunities through cooperation with existing teams and individual commercial effort. 
• You share key insights for both short- and long-term commercial opportunities and challenges.
• You support and involve colleagues of other relevant product categories in their sales process.

Profile:

• You have proven ability in selling of technical products & solutions to larger accounts.
• You have a strong track-record of winning projects and building recurrent business at larger accounts by utilizing value propositions.
• You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. 
• You bring a challenger mindset and strong planning and execution skills.
• You know how to work in a matrix organisation and how to cooperate with our sales colleagues. 
• You are abel to managie project & account pipeline and working with our CRM as the main tool.
