We want to build a team of people with purpose. That’s why Wavin is currently looking for a Commercial Director Benelux at Wavin (Orbia B&I) a to join our team at Benelux.

In this high-impact position, you will lead a team of approximately 80 professionals and drive commercial excellence across both the Netherlands and Belgium. With full P&L responsibility, you will shape and execute the long-term strategy, optimize sales performance, and spearhead a cultural transformation towards a unified, high-performing commercial organization.

As part of the local and international leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the Benelux region as a benchmark for the rest of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the commercial strategy
• Leading and developing commercial teams (sales, inside sales, key account management)
• Driving cross-functional collaboration and operational integration
• Identifying new market opportunities and partnerships
• Leading change and embedding a performance- and customer-driven culture

Key requirements:

• Academic background: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience: 10+ years in commercial leadership roles within multinational, matrix-driven environments (preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or B2B)
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive transformation in complex settings
• Change Management: Demonstrated success in leading organizational and cultural changeFluent in English and Dutch
