MAIN PURPOSE

The MarCom Manager is responsible for strategic brand development and positioning, campaign development, content marketing, PR, visual identity management and development, market research, content for events.

Promotes the image and guarantee the reputation of the trademarks/corporate brand in the market. Through integrated plan of the MarCom (Marketing and Communications) actions as Advertising Campaigns, Events and Press ensuring knowledge, value, preference and advocacy.

Guarantee the development and implementation of the actions according to the annual planning, focused on the achievement of the established goals, as well as the maximization of resources, according to budget for Mexico. And will be responsible for all brand initiatives in the territory, Mexico and Central America, considering the 7 countries.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• 7 years of experience as a Marketing Communication Manager
• Strong Knowledge of Mexico and CAM
• Strong knowledge of brand architecture and different scenarios of brands
• Strong knowledge in communication plans
• Solid knowledge of brand and communications KPIs (Brand Awareness, , ROI, etc)
• Proactive leader, excellent communication, presentation skills and problem solving
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
• Effective project management, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Must have the behaviors: Critical Thinking - Teamwork - Self-starter – Resilient
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (PR, Advertisement, Journalism, or others) or Marketing
• English Fluent (at least B2 – Upper Intermediate or native speaker)
