2. OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO (Breve Resumen General de la Posición)

Determinar las condiciones de confiabilidad de los Equipos Estático Mecánico de la planta PMV Cloro Sosa y Salinera a través de inspecciones de pruebas no destructivas.

8. EDUCACIÓN Mínima: Ingeniería Electromecánica - Ingeniería Mecánica – Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica.
Deseable: Nivel III ASNT en dos Pruebas No Destructivas – Maestría en Ensayos No Destructivos.

9. CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS (¿Para realizar satisfactoriamente en este trabajo qué tipos de calificación o conocimiento son requeridos?) Inspecciones de recipientes a presión bajo Norma Internacional. Inspecciones de tanques atmosféricos bajo Norma Internacional. Inspecciones de circuitos de tuberías bajo Norma Internacional. Inspección Visual nivel II, acreditado por Nivel III de la ASNT. Inspección Líquidos Penetrantes nivel II, acreditado por Nivel III de la ASNT. Inspección Ultrasonido Industrial nivel II, acreditado por Nivel III de la ASNT. Control y Administración de la Calidad en soldadura para recipientes y circuitos de tubería. Conocer especificaciones de materiales ferrosos y no ferrosos de los estándares ASTM, AISI. Conocer los panfletos del Cloro aplicables a la Planta PMV Cloro Sosa.
10. EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA (Experiencia Desarrollada previamente de manera satisfactoria). 5 años como inspector certificado. 1 año como coordinador de pruebas no destructivas.
11. IDIOMAS REQUERIDOS: Idioma: Inglés Nivel de Dominio: 70%
