Dura-Line is currently hiring for a Travel Production Supervisor to join the Clinton, TN team. We need an engaging leader to learn the current Operational Processes/KPI’s/Reports at our facility and facilitate start-ups for Operations of several new plants over the next few years.

 

**This role requires 40% travelling**

 

You will bring your proven people leadership skills to coach, mentor and motivate your team while determining the best practices and implementing the practices on all shifts.  You will lead by example and ensure to hit targets (in order of priority) in safety, quality, service, cost, and production. Your problem-solving skills will be key in this role!

 

As a Travel Production Supervisor, you will need excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, demonstrating an ability to prioritizing between what is urgent and what is important. You will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information, whether good or bad.

 

Also, for this new growth role, you  must have 3-5 years’ of supervisory experience performing  Lean Manufacturing activities with demonstrated results. (5S, Tiered meetings, Six Sigma, VSM, Gemba walks, Leader Standard Work, TPM, etc.,). Must be able Identify opportunities of improvements and speak up on the challenges and opportunities.  Must have solid knowledge of common safety practices including PPE, permits to work, and OSHA regulations. Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams), 3-5 years’ experience with ERP systems, SAP experience a plus. Generate reports, use data to drive corrective actions.  Able to develop and implement processes, procedures, and standard work instructions.  Must understand and implement ISO requirements and philosophies while Lean Manufacturing Green/Black Belt certification is a plus!
