2. MAIN PURPOSE

The Sustainability Leader focuses on working with internal and external stakeholders to help the Company to a sustainable business. The SL reports to and assists the PSV ( Polymer Solution Vestolit) HSE&S Director. Sustainability is a transversal area that assists all Business areas and Site Managers with:
- The coordination of the PSV sustainability program on a global basis.
- Providing all the technical assistance and experience to provide thoughtful decision-making and guidance in the coordination of the PSV’s sustainability program.
- The creation of programs and action plans to meet Orbia´s sustainability goals.
- Coordinating all the actions to meet Orbia´s sustainability goals.
- Collecting all the information required for Orbia´s ESG disclosures.
- Coordinating the representation of PSV’s interests through active participation in industry groups.
- Coordinating PSV’s work with industry groups and government regulators/policy makers in the public affairs regarding PVC Sustainability.
- The understanding of the impact on the Business of regulatory, financial, community and industry trends.
- Providing support to both commercial sales staff and customers with requirements around the Sustainability of PSV´s products
- Creating businesses around PSV´s products, circularity and plants discarded materials (gases, water, and solid refuse content).
· Overseeing relationships with PSV´s suppliers to ensure that the highest sustainability standards are met.
- The Identification of gaps regarding the sustainability practices of the main Chemical companies.
- The setting of actions to provide leadership on sustainability marketing, communication, and outreach.
- Coordinating the implementation of a Sustainability culture.
- Managing the implementation of sustainability reports/regulation ( CSRD, GRI, etc)
- Continuous development of sustainability opportunities ( products, raw materials, etc)
- Define a strategy for the communication of Sustainability matters.
- Create an improvement plan based in sustainability reports.
- Responsible of the fallowing of multiples actions to ensure the sustainability targets

7. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
The Sustainability Manager is responsible for:
- Building relationships with customers, organizations and other stakeholerds around Vestolit´s products.
- Aligning the definition of sustainability used by stakeholders.
- Building relationship to understand their views on economy, environment and social aspects.
- Participating along with directors and sites managers in the creation of new processes and products based on sustainability.
- Managing relationships with directors, sites managers, customers, external organizations, among others to discuss the key barriers and levers in adopting sustainability opportunities.
- Coordinating the management of external entities regarding existing sustainability policies, plans, and programs of the Chemical or Plastics Industry.

9. EDUCATION
§ Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, sustainability, resource management,public policy, economics or related field. (Depends on thematic area.)
§ Desirable: Master’s Degree environmental science, sustainability, resource management,public policy, economics or related field. (Depends on thematic area.)

11. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
§ Minimum 8 years for Bachelor’s Degree of relevant hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects related to Sustainability.
§ Experience including analytical work, programme/project development in the areas of sustainability.
§ Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc), advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, and handling of web based management systems will be an advantage.
