1. MAIN PURPOSE (Briefly state the job's overall objective)
- The role is responsible for a wide range and varied administrative activities, supporting the line manager and other members of the OF People team.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Briefly describe the most important aspects of the job; no more than 10)
- Orbia Pulse activities (including but not an exhaustive list). Creating amending deleting roles, making adjustments to maintain accurate information, running reports to check for data accuracy, developing and running ad hoc and routine reports to provide data for leaders.
- Maintaining the SharePoint site, ensuring it is up to date, & well structured.
- Supporting employees in Mexico, answering basic, and repeatable questions. Maintaining a database of FAQs, to enable development of a self-service approach.
- Managing calendars, meetings and basic organizational processes, for People Team members
- Completing repeatable documentation, including job offers, grade changes, Total Reward changes, first draft “data for” presentations
- Supporting leaders' activities through critical activities, such PYER/merit cycles talent and succession, goal setting etc.
- Work with internal communications team and Executive Assistants, to coordinate announcement processes.
- Mexico employees, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
3. COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB
- This role will predominantly focus on Mexico activities, but has global activity, across different regions, functions and business groups
- The role will require a good level of accuracy and detail, confidentiality, a self-starting approach, organizational and workload management skills.
- The role will need to be able to develop positive and robust relationships with leaders and other admin-based colleagues.
