We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join us at Biatorbágy, Hungary. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

 

 

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

  • Market representation and sales of building services products
  • Market representation and sales of Wavin products
  • Develop annual and quarterly sales plan,
  • Apply the "value selling" methodology in sales planning
  • Application of the tools of the value-added methodology at the various stages of the sales process
  • Relations with key customers (wholesalers, investors, contractors, designers)
  • Identification, follow-up and management of new clients and business opportunities and projects
  • Recording, maintaining and developing business opportunities in the CRM system
  • Preparing and modifying quotations
  • Negotiating contract terms
  • Follow-up of contracts, management of receivables
  • Management of project database (e.g. CRM, Baudata), daily and regular updating
  • Providing information on sales experience and projects
  • Preparation of sales analyses
  • Regular visits to customers and technical advice during the implementation of projects (with back-up from designers)

 

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE

  • Higher education in economics/technology
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • Confident knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of value-added sales methodology
  • Knowledge and understanding of the specifics of different sales paths (project based sales, large buyer activation, end user conversion)
  • Mastery and review of the sales process and preparation for interviews with the manager accordingly

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Technical sales experience, technical affinity
  • Determination, good interpersonal skills
  • Broad professional interest, motivation
  • Experience of working with different stakeholders in the distribution chain (designers, wholesalers, end users)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience of structured sales processes, including building business opportunities, systematic use of defined tools and structured review of processes with supervisors
