ORBIA Orbia Global Sr. Manager DEI & Talent (Remote)

In line with our commitment to DEI in Orbia, we are creating a new role of Sr. Manager DEI & Talent Management. The role will report directly to Orbia’s global Head of Talent, Learning & DEI and will be part of the corporate team, closely collaborating with corporate communications and business groups’ people teams. The role will be remote but based in EST zone +/- two hours.

 

Responsibilities

  • Play key role in developing global DEI roadmap based on Orbia DEI strategy
  • Raise DEI awareness and drive DEI education in the organization
  • Provide coaching, advice and expertise on DEI to business leaders
  • Support People organization on DEI integration into all stages of employee lifecycle
  • Develop employee listening strategy for DEI topics and drive its implementation (e.g. DEI survey)
  • Advise and collaborate with TA leaders on attraction and acquisition of diverse talent
  • Collaborate with Talent leaders on accelerated development of diverse talent
  • Gather and analyze DEI data for tracking progress and improving decision-making
  • Support & facilitate creation of Employee Resource Groups
  • Lead select global talent/L&D projects/processes 
  • Remain current on trends and best practices related to DEI globally

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in DEI and 7 years in Talent or L&D
  • Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience of operating in a truly global environment
  • Experience of designing, launching and managing global DEI and Talent or L&D programs in large complex matrix organizations
  • Strong organizational, project & time management skills, ability to operate independently, meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for and interest in managing/evaluating large sets of data and using data to generate insights
  • Strong orientation toward collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluent English & Spanish is a plus
